Allergens and Dietary Needs
Whilst every effort is made to limit the presence of food allergens, all food is centrally prepared in our main kitchen from various supply sources. Therefore, no absolute guarantees can be made regarding the presence of food allergens. We regularly cater for gluten- and dairy-free diets, as well as catering for vegetarian and vegan guests. Food allergies and special diet requests should be made known at the time of booking. In the event we are unable to cater for a specific diet we will contact you to discuss this.
Standard Stock Items
We stock as standard the following special diet items:
- gluten-free bread, breakfast cereals, biscuits and snack bars
- soya milk
- dairy-free spread
- natural yogurt
- herbal/fruit tea
Breakfast is provided by way of an in-room continental breakfast tray.
Lunch (full-board weeks) (packed lunch)
Where included with full board, a packed lunch is provided. A pre-order is required the day before it is required. Guests staying half board are welcome to book a packed lunch which must be pre-ordered the day before it is required.
Dinner is served at 6.00pm
2-course set meal (main and dessert).
‘God’s House’ is a detailed account of how Nicholaston House came into existence by the man who had the vision and was given instruction direct from God.
In 1990 God unmistakably led Sue and Derrick Hancock to Swansea to see a vision fulfilled which God had given them some years previously. The booklet (A5, 53 pages, colour) gives a brief factual account of what God did and is doing. It has been written for two reasons - to give glory to God and to show what very ordinary people can do when they step out in faith with God. 'All that we have accomplished, You have done for us' - Isaiah 26 v 12.
