Background to Eating Disorder Recovery (OED) Courses
OED (Overcoming Eating Disorders) courses were set up by Helena Wilkinson and Nikki Cole over 20 years ago while they were running Kainos Trust, which merged in 2004 with Swansea City Mission. During this time they have seen hundreds of eating disorder sufferers make significant changes to their lives.
Course Information 2019-2020
It is now time to develop the work further and in order to do this we will cease to run OED courses for a while. During this time, the length of which is not yet fully known, Helena and Nikki will be restructuring the work. This will involve seeking to establish a new framework, building a larger core team of professionals, raising substantial funds (including the need for sustainable income), and developing the OED community.

‘God’s House’ is a detailed account of how Nicholaston House came into existence by the man who had the vision and was given instruction direct from God.
In 1990 God unmistakably led Sue and Derrick Hancock to Swansea to see a vision fulfilled which God had given them some years previously. The booklet (A5, 53 pages, colour) gives a brief factual account of what God did and is doing. It has been written for two reasons - to give glory to God and to show what very ordinary people can do when they step out in faith with God. 'All that we have accomplished, You have done for us' - Isaiah 26 v 12.
