‘God’s House’ is a detailed account of how Nicholaston House came into existence by the man who had the vision and was given instruction direct from God.
In 1990 God unmistakably led Sue and Derrick Hancock to Swansea to see a vision fulfilled which God had given them some years previously. The booklet (A5, 53 pages, colour) gives a brief factual account of what God did and is doing. It has been written for two reasons - to give glory to God and to show what very ordinary people can do when they step out in faith with God. 'All that we have accomplished, You have done for us' - Isaiah 26 v 12.

Parsnip and Honey Soup
Creamy parsnip and honey soup with parsnip crisps and a warm crusty roll.

Smoked Salmon, Prawn and Dill Parcel
Smoked salmon parcel filled with prawns and dill, bound in a light mayonnaise served with mixed baby leaves and a lemon dressing.
Chicken, Avocado and Bacon Salad
A salad of chicken breast, avocado, streaky bacon, mixed leaves, cherry tomato and cucumber topped with toasted pine nuts and a herb dressing.
Roast Turkey with all the Trimmings
Sliced roast turkey served with sausage wrapped in bacon, chestnut and cranberry sausage meat stuffing, roast potatoes, gravy and cranberry sauce.
DF and GF stuffing and sausage available.
Roast Topside of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding
Sliced roast topside of beef served with a Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, gravy and horseradish sauce.
Smoked Haddock with Spinach and Poached Egg
Poached smoked haddock on a bed of wilted spinach topped with a poached egg served with herbed new potatoes.
Root Vegetable, Cranberry and Chestnut Loaf
Home-made root vegetable, cranberry and chestnut loaf served with roast potatoes, and a warm cranberry and orange sauce.

Goats Cheese and Roasted Vegetable Crown
A puff pastry crown filled with a selection of roasted vegetables, topped with goats cheese, served with roast potatoes and tomato and basil sauce.
All main courses are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables.
Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce
Warm Christmas pudding served with a creamy brandy sauce and a light dusting of sugar.
Strawberry and Butterscotch Cheesecake
Home-made non-baked cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries, strawberry coulis, and a butterscotch sauce.
Fresh Fruit Salad
Fruit salad made with a selection of fresh fruits severed with double cream.

Tea/Coffee with a Mince Pie and After-Dinner Mints
Guests may bring and consume their own alcohol with their meal. A cash soft drinks bar will also be available. Menu choices required 14 days in advance together with full payment.
