Allergens and Dietary Needs
Whilst every effort is made to limit the presence of food allergens, all food is centrally prepared in our main kitchen from various supply sources. Therefore, no absolute guarantees can be made regarding the presence of food allergens. We regularly cater for gluten- and dairy-free diets, as well as catering for vegetarian and vegan guests. Food allergies and special diet requests should be made known at the time of booking. In the event we are unable to cater for a specific diet we will contact you to discuss this. Overcoming Eating Disorder (OED) Course menus are specially devised by the OED team based on many years’ experience.
